Ryan Selkis is an entrepreneur, blogger and former venture capitalist. He is currently the founder and CEO of Messari in New York City, a firm that is building an open data library for the crypto asset class. He has founded two separate Bitcoin ventures.

As a managing director at Coindesk, he organized the largest industry event ever hosted at the time with 2,600 attendees. He also helped grow company revenue by 730 percent in 18 months, achieving profitability goals. He also managed a 12-person team and on-boarded a new CEO. He writes a widely followed daily blog under the moniker the "Two-Bit Idiot," where he discusses news, analysis and ideas for the Bitcoin industry.

Education

Ryan has a BS in Finance from Boston College and an MBA in entrepreneurship and innovation from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
