Her work as a senior loan officer and account executive inspired her to open her mortgage brokerage firm, Marden Capital Lending, in 2002. An expansive and diverse work history contributes to Denise's current career as a financial writer and research consultant. Her achievements include research projects on subprime lending and housing market trends, case studies on business and financial ethics, and industry and company analyses. Denise also writes blog articles and uses social media as a platform to inform and educate.
