Experience

Troy Adkins has a broad academic and professional background in public policy and administration, finance and investments, and residential real estate analysis. Troy has over 15 years of residential real estate analysis experience and more than a decade of institutional investment consulting experience. His areas of expertise include investment manager research, retirement plan provider searches, drafting investment policy statements, generating GIPS compliant investment performance monitoring reports, conducting equity and fixed income attribution analyses, and conducting financial cost analyses.

As an interest in public policy, Troy has also developed an Internet-based residential real estate analysis software application that allows prospective homebuyers to use patent-pending financial methodology in order to generate a comprehensive, accurate, automated, user friendly, and affordable residential real estate analysis.

Education

Troy earned a master's degree in public administration from the University of Oklahoma and a bachelor's degree in health care administration from the University of Kentucky.
